Positive: Sea view from every room, staff are really friendly, more like family we come twice a year on family holidays, we know staff by name and always welcoming. Very clean and the pools has a nice view and big enough. Drinks are nice too.

Negative: The never ending stream of ants coming up the side of the sink. You couldn't leave any food on the side or it would be swarmed by them. Half mile vertical hill from Magaluf.

Positive: The structure was amazing in general, our room (studio with kitchen) was very spatious for two people, the view from the terrace was unbelievably beautiful. The staff was super kind.

Negative: Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have parking spots and finding one on the street is very hard. We found it a couple of times but for the rest we had to park 10/15 minutes by foot.

Positive: amazing location and really friendly staff especially vladimir, one of the best locations in magaluf

Negative: our room only got cleaned once in 5 days which wasn’t a huge problem but we ran out of towels and toilet roll a few times which we had to ask to be replaced
