Summary: Jake and Maria have a lovely home. It was in a great area, near Publix, Walmart, banks and gas. The owners were accommodating in every way. The clubhouse had numerous activities to take part in such as cards, maj kong, yoga, billiards, and a pool. It was a very enjoyable three months.

Summary: My husband and I rented this home for 3 months and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The house is very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, impeccably clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The backyard is very pretty with mature trees, stream and wildlife. The clubhouse facilities, golf and stores are all within walking distance. The community is very nicely kept and neighbors are helpful and welcoming. Whenever we needed something or had a question, our host Jacob was always readily available and happy to help. We highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot! We loved it!

Summary: Pictures do not do this home justice we were amazed at how beautiful the home and area is when we arrived. Community has a really nice golf course and the owner Jacob was kind enough to go with us to the office for golf enrollment and get us a nice discount for a 3 month membership. Olympic size heated swimming pools and my wife really enjoyed the Spa. The view sitting in the backyard is pefect for the evening sunset. Definitely our go-to for the future. Thank you!!

Summary: My wife and I stayed at this home visiting from Ottawa, by far the best property we have stayed at for our winter retreat. The owners were so hospitable and took the time to give us a tour of the home and all of the community clubhouses. I am a golfer and was beyond happy to find a community golf course, we will be visiting the east coast for our next winter but will definitely return to this home in the future. Summary: I rented this home from Jacob and Maria for a few months visiting a family member that needed care, I was so impressed with the hospitality they personally checked me in and showed me around the entire home It had everything that I needed for a long term stay is very spacious and the water view from the backyard is incredible to just sit and watch during sunset. Tastefully decorated and the bedding is so comfortable, Jacob and Maria were always very responsive to any questions I asked would recommend this home to all guests needing a longer term stay.
