Summary: We had a great stay, everything was wonderful. Our only complaint or suggestion would be to get some shower heads that can adjust or be taken off the hook. The water sprayed all over the floor when we showered.It is a great little place! Thank you!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this Location. Walking distance to downtown NOTL. Perfectly suited for families with plenty of space to spread out. The kids liked the toys and books that were on the property. Wouldnโ€™t hesitate to book here again. Property manager was super responsive and helpful.

Summary: We stayed here for 4 nights. I always want to say positives first. Great location to historic old town and quite frankly everything else- restaurants, shops, bike rentals, grocery stores, etc,etc. Beautiful lot, private and large. Also, any communications to owner were quick. Upon arrival to house, easy to get into and easy to find the location. The house is also large and has everything you need for a short stay. But, it smells of smoke and is musty throughout the house. Beds, furniture and bed linens need upgrading.

Summary: Property is in a fabulous location, but the photos make it seem nicer than it is. Home is very cluttered and somewhat run down. Cleanliness was ok, but definitely could use a deep clean. Expensive relative to the value.
