These are a newly refurbished 2 HUGE apartments that are connected in the 1st floor of a XVIII building, right in the center of Lisbon. The perfect solution for big groups who want to spend memorable days in the city on a totally brand new apartments. The apartments are located in the most central, trendy and glamorous neighborhood of the city: Royal Prince Garden. The apartments have huge spaces combining a stylish decor with the old wooden floors.
They are situated less than 10 minutes walking from the heart of Lisbon: Praça Luis de Camões and Chiado subway station (connects to the main subway lines of the entirely Metro, Blue and Green lines) It is also a 5min walk from the most spectacular " Miradouro "(vantage point) of the city: Mirador São Pedro de Alcântara. This modern apartment has a stylish décor and a spacious atmosphere; the apartment interiors are spacious, with much character combining the old wooden floors with a modern decoration.
The flats have 250sm, 2modern and huge living rooms with 5 amazing door windows with a breath-taking view to the garden and river, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 7 bedrooms fully equipped with closets, and double and queen beds. You can use the 2 kitchen facilities, laundry etc. The apartments have 2 complete bathrooms with bathtubs and another toilet.

Summary: Lisbon was the final leg of our weeklong Portugal journey and we wanted to stay close to the Bairro Alto. This was the perfect property for the 9 of us. We knew what to expect and were not disappointed, right in the thick of the action. Tatania was an excellent host and super responsive during the planning phase of the trip. We are needy travelers and she was perfect. We arranged with her to have a welcome package put together and waiting for us. Tatania was very patient with our delayed arrival, and was there within minutes of our arrival. She lead us through the apartments and lined us out on where the local establishments were located, i.e. markets, coffee shops, laundry (they did add a washer to one of the apartments), restaurants, shops, et al. All our pre-order stuff was there just as lined out. All promised amenities were available, and they even added additional hair dryers to the mix based on our need. The location is a two minute walk from the BA bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous time with no hassles and one of the easiest checkouts. Thanks for a great time.

Summary: This was the 1st time I use Homeaway to spend holidays with my friends and the experience couldn’t be better. The host Nuno is a charming and super polite young man that gave us a warm welcoming to his fantastic huge and beautiful apartments. He explained us show to use all the facilities and gave us a small introduction about the astonishing and historical neighborhood of Príncipe Real. The neighborhood is just magical, full of history, museums, botanical gardens, restaurants, bars and also holds small markets of biological food and Portuguese products. We could walk everywhere and perfectly safe. Glossaries are also close so you have everything you need within a walking distance. The beautiful Camões Plaza, the center of town is just a 10 min walk. And the apartments are simply as they showed in the pictures, they even are bigger in real life. Nuno’s taste in decoration is just amazing, we were a total of 14 and we had a great time. All the 7 rooms had big double beds with good matches, nice linen and heating, and since they face an empty street, they were very silent and we could all have good nights of sleeping (specially me that have sever issues with noising). Towels for everybody were also provided. The 2 kitchens were full equipped with all you need to feel home, and the 2 bathrooms and toilet are simply gorgeous. The 2 living rooms are huge and face the beautiful garden of Príncipe Real and the vibrant street full of life and energy. Nuno was always available for any need we had, he even reserved us an amazing restaurant (The Decadent, don’t loose it!!) for a big group as ours. I couldn’t ask more for this holidays and we totally felt in love with Lisboa. I am an old traveler and we always stayed in hotels, but after this experience I will defiantly change my point of view. Staying at this amazing and beautiful property with my friends was one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you soooooo much for everything Nuno, we will come back for sure. Xoxo, Margaret.
