Positive: Great location! Very clean and provided with everything thing you need from cookware to cleaning stuff! Paulo is a very nice person, we were late 50min and he was very kind and friendly!
Negative: Nothing really major, but just to know what to expect: - check in after 10pm cost €30 extra - the smell in the bathroom is a bit annoying even though really everything was clean, it seems like something from the sewage of the building - parking is like 10 min walk, cost €14 a day

Negative: The noise. It is a noisy house, you can hear the neighbors stepping, and the bathroom ventilation is also very noisy, and you cannot stop it if you want light, because is connected. We didn t have shampoo and shower gel from the property, luckily we brought ours from home

Positive: Great location. Quiet and peaceful We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The host met us at the apartment and was very welcoming
Negative: We had several suitcases so the stairs were a little rough

Positive: Bright .. good area Have sufficient facilities in the apartment Responsive host Supermarket nearby for milk juice etc Quite few restaurants and bars in walking distance so easy to get to without the noise WiFi works (no instruction so just scan the back of the modem) and Netflix for the rainy days My flight was delayed by hourssss so it would have meant a late check in fee … luckily I have a friend in Lisbon so the host agreed to leave key wi the my friend otherwise it would have been worse than bad start to my trip
Negative: The shower was leaking etc basically not working properly but host did manage to get it fixed after a couple of days and the replacement made a huge difference! The bathroom is a tight squeeze and does smell sometimes Not being on top floor means can hear upstairs footsteps .. but there were quite steep narrow stairs as it is Being in a block means one can hear people coming and going if they are loud and a few were A couple of nights could hear upstairs washing machine dryer droning for hours though it could work as white noise for sleep

Positive: Great location! Apartament comfortable for our 2+1 family. All you may need available on arrival. Good communication with the owner. We had the chance to leave the apartament couple od hours later - that helped us a lot!. Would be great to come back one day!
