Huge 1904 "Denver Square" brick house in historic Cheesman Park residential neighborhood - tons of space, plus fenced back yard, garden, outdoor sitting and dining areas, 3 decks (2 off second floor; one on main floor - 1000+ sf total), two kitchens (main floor + basement), hardwood floors, lots of light. Outdoors - pergola with trumpet vine, BBQ grilling, Basketball Hoop, driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles off street.
Perfect for 2-3 families or group of responsible friends (age 30+). Can accommodate 10 adults and 3-4 kids very comfortably. Well trained/behaved Dog(s) welcome with owners approval. Dog(s) must be kenneled when left alone.

Summary: My friends and I did our golf trip in Denver and were blown away by this property. It was as big as a castle! Great location near parks and restaurants, and also not too far from Downtown. Sarah was super quick and responsive from booking throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a large family or group! You won’t regret it! Thanks again Sarah you were awesome !

Summary: This home, located in the heart of Denver, is a great place to use as a base camp. The home is beautiful and spacious with plenty of toys and activities for children and adults of all ages. We stayed there for our family vacation that included a baby, small children, young adults, and grand parents. It was a perfect setup for us. The host, Sarah was great for communicating with us and responding to questions in a very timely manner even though she was travelling in Europe. The property manager was also very helpful for the few questions we had. The next time we are in Denver we would definitely stay there again if it is available.

Summary: The listing was very accurate and the pictures are true to the house. We had 7 adults ranging in age from 30 - 69. Each adult and/or couple had their own room which made it very nice for privacy. The backyard was perfect. The table was big enough for us to eat and play games. In the morning, it was great to sit outside and drink coffee. The house is very close to Cheesman park and the Botanical Gardens. The park has a 1-1/2 mile walking path which was perfect to take the dog. There are a lot of stairs so it may be limiting for some people. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, utensils, and cookware that we needed. The host was amazing and responded to us within minutes. Great place to stay with a large group.

Summary: This house was perfect for the 10 of us!! Everyone had their own space and the living areas were conducive to family bonding. The kitchen was fully stocked and Sarah was very responsive to our questions. As we are Californians, the kids really enjoyed Cheeseman Park sledding which is walking distance from the house. We also walked to the Botanical Gardens, which is awesome!! We will definitely book again for our next Denver family reunion!

Summary: Great house for our family gathering. Modern kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, many places for small groups, or all to gather and talk. Eclectic and interesting art collection. Many personal touches and photos. Nice outdoor spaces in quiet neighborhood. Just a terrific experience that everyone from 17 to 80 enjoyed!

Summary: We had a family get together with both local people and folks from out of town. House in within 100 yards of cheeseman park. House comfortably could handle more than 10 people. Great backyard btw.

Summary: The Cheeseman Park home is centrally located in a busy , vibrant neighborhood of Denver that offer great walkability to parks, shops, and driving proximity to other parks, downtown and the expressways to the mountains . This is actual city living with its noises, tight parking and other interesting things the city offers. It’s a comfortable home because you are actually living in the owners’ abode, not a sterile rental. Space was important to our extended family while attending our son’s Denver Wedding and there are plenty of bedrooms and baths and we could spread out comfortably in the varied living spaces and porches of the home. The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were very nice There are two kitchens and laundry facilities which are helpful for a crowd. The house is fully stocked as this is the owners’ home. We stayed in mid June and having a backyard for the children to play with a basketball hoop and porch swing was perfect (not to mention toys , games and art supplies to use). The house has a chiller system for it’s air conditioning and it took a little getting use to because you have to leave windows and doors open to help the air flow. The only down side to this was there are no screens on the doors or windows which invited flying insects in at times. Our communication with the owners was superb when we encountered a few glitches. The owners also went out theirs way to provide us with emailed pre instructions on how to get into the house, the WiFI(which was great) and other basics. Upon checking out, the cleaning service found one of our phones and we were contacted immediately to arrange its return to us. Overall, we were very satisfied with the home, its cleanliness and location.

Summary: My family and I decided to rent this property for our week long stay in Denver. It was the perfect layout for all of us! Each couple had their own bathroom and never did we feel crowded. The basement space is great and we all enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area. The house had everything we needed to cook for the week including a gas grill. Location is great and close to several shops and restaurants. Easy access to main highways for travel. I would definitely recommend this place if you are traveling with your family. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond.
