Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Only negative is more lighting is needed near steps down to apartment and around the side of the hoyse. Hard to navigate at night.

Summary: We were in town to visit our daughter who lives close by. Perfect location to be able to walk to see her, walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The only time we had an issue with parking was when we got back to the neighborhood after 11 pm. Parked a street over by a school and then moved it before 8 am the next morning. Apartment was exactly as depicted in description and pictures.

Summary: Stayed 1 nite so we didn't have to drive home to Fort Collins after a concert. Easy walking distance to the Ogden, Fillmore, etc.....and close to a very nice park. Affordable, clean, good communications. What's not to like!!?

Summary: The apartment was not in very good condition, peeling paint, stained carpet, patched furniture. Also the window were VERY dirty looking out to a patch of weeds. Window screens were bent so didn't fit. Also the AC was so cold it was unpleasant. And, the toilet didn't work properly and the seat was loose. It is not an inexpensive place, so it is really upsetting.

Summary: Super awesome spot in a great neighborhood in Denver. The hosts were gracious and we had a nice time, very comfortable bed and nice to have a washer/dryer available on our road trip. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Perfect for a weekend in Denver. Myself and three friends attended a couple events around Denver and this central location was close to everything. The hosts are attentive and this garden level apartment had all the necessities. They welcomed our large dog, who enjoyed the yard and lounging in the air conditioner (we stayed during a heat wave). Would recommend!

Summary: This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Very dog friendly. Located right by Cheesman Park. Easy to walk around and wall your dog, which we did multiple times. The hosts were kind and respected our privacy at all times. Fully stocked kotchen allowed us to cook all meals to save money.

Summary: Older neighborhood easy to get to coffee and a park. We didn’t have a car so didn’t have to use street parking. Easy private entrance for apartment and felt safe and secure. The coffee pot wasn’t working but coffee shops are in the area.
