Summary: The house is really pretty -it was really cold and the oven didn't work properly. When we contacted the owner to let them know on Christmas Eve that our oven wasn't working properly they had someone call us who " was not an expert and didn't know what the issue was" they never followed up to see if we were able to cook and that was pretty disappointing they also didn't leave any instructions so when we used the provided fire pit the security came and issued a citation. Was still nice to get away and like I said the house is pretty.....

Summary: The size and layout was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. Fit our family of 11 adults and 2 grandkids fine.. Maintenance is a little lacking. Hot tub lid, cabinets and door knobs broken or not working, had to fix bathroom door knob so would lock. Pots and pans are worn and many of the kitchen tools missing or broken l(toaster, can opener, tongs) not major but for the rental fee level not what was expected and most like refrigerator and broken pool sticks had been noted on other reviews..seems owners or property manager isn't at the point of correcting deficiencies yet. Unlike some of the reviews we found the neighbors to be friendly and had no issue. A little overboard on noise worries as noise detector in main room and on back porch...we weren't loud but if felt like we were being watched. Wifi was spotty and cable subscription bare min...fortunately nice weather so didn't need tv as a backup Give it a 7.5

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was quiet, secluded, and very spacious. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, mugs, and cooking dishes for our crew of 14. It was a bit odd that the A/C was set to 60 deg F when we arrived. We loved going to the private beach and found the other neighbors and security staff rather pleasant to be around. There was some miscommunication about the required badges/wrist tags, but the security officer straightened it out. There are definitely ways that this property could be better maintained. The front door doesn't have a latch, just the deadbolt. The main freezer in the kitchen was frosted over and not closing properly and the fridge in the kitchen did not seem to be keeping very cool. Thankfully there is another fridge on the main level and another freezer in the basement. A number of the doors were hard to close. A cabinet was broken off of one of its hinges. The stove was definitely not level. We also noticed that some of the floors were a bit sticky upon arrival. I went to use the gas grill in the back and found that both propane tanks were empty. I also was unable to get my Chromecast device connected to the home's wi-fi network. Our phones and the main TV connected to the network just fine. Bottom Line - I would stay here again, but it would be great if a bit of maintenance was performed to make this property more user friendly.

Summary: First, the property was very clean. It was spacious with a large dining/living area. The house was all light wood with high ceilings as pictured. There were clean sheets and towels provided for each room. The kitchen area was stocked with glasses, mugs, plates, utensils, pots, pans and some cleaning & paper supplies. There were 2 refrigerators as well! The house had ample parking with a horseshoe driveway. The owner quickly responded to text messages. There were 2 bedrooms on each floor with an extra bed in the basement. Which brings me to the only negative about the property, the downstairs bedrooms were very cold (we were there on a cold January weekend). There is a space heater but it was not enough to heat all of the basement areas. Overall, I'd recommend for a fun weekend!

Summary: This property is located in nice,quite beautiful surrounding and very safe place with surrounding Deer and Turkey. Log house nice, beautiful, clean,fresh,clean bathroom with power jet in tub ,outside hot clean power jet tub,with needed all utensils,beautiful deck,nice kitchen with enough refrigerator,good size bed room, good size window for for full lite.owner is very cooperated ,quick prompt response, easy ck in and ck out.overall we were 17 and was enough space,convenient and enjoyed a lot.really was a pleasant stay indeed.
