- Quiet Hours must be followed and begin at 10 pm
- Trash must be taken to the community dumpsters.
- Lakefront boating and swimming are prohibited. These activities are restricted to the designated beach area only.
- Please note that the rowboat and the treehouse are currently unavailable for guest use.
- This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
- This home is under the Brier Crest Woods community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.
