Fun, fun, fun on the lake. Large boat house with room for boats and jet ski. Boat House has a Charcoal Grill, dining seating for 6, and fishing rod holders for you to catch your dinner. Large screened porch with spectacular views of the Lake and room for dining or relaxing. Eat-in Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and a table for 6. King sized beds in all 3 bedroom each with their own TV with cable access.
Washer and Dryer too.
Located just ½ mile from a public boat ramp and just over 2 miles from Highway 280.
Nearby are ample shopping, hiking trails, and a Nation Park.
Home has a wheel chair ramp for accessibility.

Lake Martin is lowered mid October and full pool again is in April. Please be aware that Alabama Power starts lowering the lake in October and it’s not full pool until March.

Summary: The house was the perfect spot for my family of six. There were even treats from local companies waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was so easy to access and the dock was perfect for the pontoon rental. Wonderful week on the lake. Thank you.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay. The property is well furnished and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch is very relaxing and offers a nice sunset view. Although we didn’t bring a boat this time, it’s nice to have that option. Will definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We spent almost a week at this house and enjoyed every day. Loved sitting on the screened porch overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. We easily were able to put our boat in at the boat ramp just a short drive away. It was nice having a covered boathouse just a short ride by water from the boat ramp. Three king sized beds were also perfect for our group. The house is clean, well cared for and well stocked with necessities. We definitely recommend this rental and hope to return again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at the property, was just as described and such a quiet, relaxing stay. We rented a boat and went out on the lake, close to many conveniences and not far from Auburn. Great walking area, neighbors on the street were friendly . The owner was great with communication and just the nicest lady. We had a great stay at her place. Thanks again!
