The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware.
The downstairs living area has high ceilings, a floating staircase, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry room, and an enclosed backyard lanai with a queen daybed making it perfect for guests. Summary: Wonderful rooftop terrace, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Beautiful pool and grounds. Cristian was very easy to reach and helpful. Stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely return.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this home. The place was spacious, had excellent amenities, and a great rooftop patio. We even loved the extra towels!! The location is amazing and the private beach access and pool are just a block away which is so convenient. We felt very safe with the security in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home!!

Summary: Le Flor is the best neighborhood in Jaco! All the homes are lush and landscaped to the max. Security was top notch. My young adult kids kept trying to bring guests into property after hours and the guard stopped that every time. A 5 minute walk to the beach or the casino next door. The house is perfect for 2 couples and a couple of kids. Do wish the garage was accessible for bikes etc but cant have everything. % stars all the way around.

Summary: I loved staying at Cristian's place, located in La Flor, a prestigious gated community in the North side of Jaco Beach. The property is very spacious, with 3 floors, and tons of fans for ventilation. The washer and dryer was amazing to have, as most places in Jaco only have a washer. I enjoyed waking up to run, go to the gym, then jump in the ocean. Cristian and his team were impeccable, and communication was on point. I arrived late and they still managed to fix an issue I had in under an hour.
