Sunny and spacious 900 Sq.ft.apartment fully furnished for 5 days to 8 months stay. Single bed and double hide-a-bed couch. Easy exit off I794. Close to Lake Michigan and walking and biking paths. Starbucks, restaurants, Walgreens, Gas station ..all on the corner.
Bus line 1/2 block.
Wifi included ,all utilities. Smart TV with Netflix. 5 min. from airport and downtown. Near Lake Michigan. Desirable and safe area. Garage Parking. no smoking. Full kitchen and balcony. 10-minute drive to Summerfest and festival park activities and Convention center. or take the bus $2. to Summerfest..on the corner direct to Summerfest and art museum.. one street direct to activities. bus passes thru Bay View and lots of wonderful restaurants and 3rd Ward for great food and shopping.
Near 3 hospitals. Great location for Travel nurses.

Summary: The apartment is clean and functional. It is a second floor apartment accessed by 3 short to moderate flights of stairs, so if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. Sunni is very friendly and helpful; she has a beautiful backyard you're welcome to enjoy and a space in the garage for you. It's only a short walk to the lake and very easily accessed by car from the highway. I found it to be very quiet despite the fact that Sunni lives below and a tenant lives above the apartment. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would recommend it to others.

Summary: Location is convenient to major highways and sightseeing in and around Milwaukee. The studio apartment is perfect for one or two people looking to explore the area. The trail along Lake Michigan is fabulous for waliking, running and/or biking. The host is readily available for questions about the area or meeds. We will certainly come back again.

Summary: Nice place to stay. I especially enjoyed walking on the trails by the lake. I also liked being able to park in the garage. The owner was very accessible and easy to work with .

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property for 18 nights. Sunni made the check in process easy. She communicated with us frequently about events in our area as well as restaurant suggestions. The neighborhood felt safe as we did our daily walks that ended up by the lake each day! The studio was adequate for our needs and it was clean. Only negative was the stairs… we did not realize that there were 2 sets of winding stairs and the steps themselves were narrow. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend Sunni’s place!
