Positive: We made our own breakfast.
Negative: Everything was great. The location was excellent. Shimo and Daimy were excellent. Provided help when needed.. when the room was warm and they Provided a portable AC unit to cool the room down. They helped us how to navigate around the city with the train system. The only thing that was a bit difficult was climbing 3 sets of stairs.. we are in our 60s so yes a bit tough to do. Other then that we say thank you, we had an amazing stay.

Positive: All good, this is a place I highly recommend for a short stay in The Hague. The hosts are very nice and helpful where needed, for example for check-in or check-out. The apartment is big, comfortable, with plenty of light.

Positive: It was our second stay at this apartment and both times were simply wonderful. The communication with the owners were super easy and welcoming. The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood with bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants just around thecorner. The tram and bus stops are easy to reach or you can take a little walk to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Positive: Quiet, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, well-equipped kitchenette, excellent location close to harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants, Kunstmuseum, parks and a short tram ride to the centre. I was also able to catch a tram to Delft from a stop less than 10 minutes walk away.

Positive: It's a very nice Dutch house where you get a couple of rooms as a separate apartment. The place is very stylish and comfy. The location's perfect. And the host is very nice. The host advised us to go to Westduinpark ยญโ€” and it was amazing :)

Positive: The apartment looks amazing, has beautiful lighting and great interior design. It is modern and clean. The location, while not super central, is within an easy walk of a host of cafes, restaurants and public transport. The hosts were flexible around arrival time and communicative throughout, as well as being very polite.
Negative: The apartment is derived from splitting a big townhouse into smaller units, with several offices located on the 2nd floor. The walls and doors are paper-thin, and there is a lot of noise from office workers going up and down the stairs from about 8am during working days. They speak loudly seemingly unaware of the fact there are bedrooms in the house. The hosts live on the ground floor. They leave the door to their own house open most of the day, including late at night. It doesn't feel very private - something I would expect more out of an AirBnB than a Booking.com property. We invited two members of my family over for dinner at the flat as we got caught in a brutal rainstorm - we were immediately messaged about the noise (all we did was chatting) and asked to leave the house in a matter of half an hour as they were not registered guests. While the communication was very polite and civil, it felt a bit too involved considering this is marketed as an independent flat. I think the hosts should soundproof their house better for everyone's sake, and then this will be a perfect find.
