You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.

For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi). For stays greater than 14 nights we do require a security deposit of $1,500.
