Located on the beautiful Withlachoochee River, our peaceful cabin is available for retreats, weekend getaways or family vacations. It's nestled on five acres in Nobleton, Florida - halfway between Tampa and Ocala in Central Florida - and approximately 35 minutes to Weeki Watchee and 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and the Walt Disney World Resort.
The cabin is a private residence with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower), 1 loft above the living room, a full kitchen with appliances, dining area, detached garage and game room, screened back patio, and front open-air patio facing the river.
Inside the cabin, you'll find everything you need for your stay and can enjoy board games and cards, TV/VCR/cable/Roku and Wi-Fi. Outside, you'll find an outdoor fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, bikes, badminton court and plenty yard and table games, including foos ball, ping pong, corn hole and horse shoes. We also have a paddle boat available for use on the Withlacoochee River, which can be directly accessed from our property.
You can fish on the property or discover the beautiful Withlacoochee State Trail, which is within 5-minute walking distance and perfect for walking or biking. You may also rent canoes at the Canoe Outpost up the road for a fee or through our property manager after you book.
Other things to note:
Check in is at 4 p.m. the day you arrive, and check out is at 11 a.m. the day you leave.
Be sure to read all of our House Rules and accurately indicate how many guests plan to stay when you submit your booking request. We charge an additional guest fee of $20/person per night for groups over six.

Summary: Spent a wonderful weekend at the cabin with group of friends at the cabin & rode the Withlachocee Trail. Very easy access to the Trail! Check in/out process was a breeze & Renee was super easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We travel to Florida every year, typically staying in Orlando. This year we wanted something more rural and off the beaten path. This was perfect for that. Our boys spent from sun up to sun down outside: fishing, playing games, on the paddle boat, or just hanging out. Quiet and peaceful---it was just what we needed to reconnect as a family during Spring Break.

Summary: We absolutely loved this property and the nostalgia of the cabin. My grandchildren were very respectful of the antiques and thoroughly enjoyed the cabin feel. There were plenty of inside and outside activities and I would have to say that their favorite was the ping pong table! I would highly recommend this rental for a wonderful family time.

Summary: We loved the location and privacy of the property. The amount of things to do (if we had time) was great. Just down the street is a wonderful biking and walking trail. Sitting on the back porch and watching the birds and talking was the favorite place for our family to gather.
