Our property is on a corner plot in a quiet residential area. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1. master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, computer with WiFi connection and sliding doors onto pool deck. Bathroom has his, her sinks and a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 2, queen bed, walk in closet and bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 3, twin beds, large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and everything you could need from pots, utensils to corkscrew. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage. The south facing screened pool has total privacy. It is a sports pool which is 3 feet at either end and deeper in the middle. There is a child safety barrier and plenty of pool toys. All towels, linen, beach towels, hair dryers are provided.
There is a nine hole golf course on site with many golf courses within 10-15 mins drive.

Summary: The villa is a lovely property in a quiet area of Weeki Wachee and met the expectations presented in the listing. Closely located to local attractions and amenities so that only short drives are necessary, however tucked away nicely so that a quiet relaxing time can be enjoyed at the villa and outside in the pool. Local wildlife frequently wandering past the pool area provides much distraction for children. Would more than happily stay here again.

Summary: When we first arrived everything was clean and fresh. The house had 3 bedrooms and a huge kitchen and living area that lead out onto the pool area. The pool was heated and ready for our 3 boys to jump right in. There were several small touches that the property manager did for us that made us feel so welcomed. (It may not seem like much but I asked about an apple corer before our visit and Georgan went out and got one for us for our stay) It's the little things like that, that make a huge difference. The house was close to so many attractions but also offered a nice place to just relax and spend the day as a family in the pool. We had such a great time there and will absolutely be back to stay! Truly a rare gem.

Summary: This was the perfect way to start our vacation. We loved your home! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! We absolutely loved all the peacocks, and the 5 babies were so cute. We could sit out by the pool and watch them play out back. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed playing with all the different pool toys that were available. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Summary: The home was perfect for my trip. Pool was very relaxing and enjoyed seeing the peacocks! Neighborhood was quiet, but closely located to plenty of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!
