Summary: The house was so nice and so clean. Upon arrival the lights and the heater was on, so cozy. Beds were so comfortable. The living space was large, both upstairs and downstairs. We would gladly stay there again!

Summary: The view of the mountains from the living room was amazing! You can see Mt. Bachelor to the south and all the way to Mt. Jefferson to the north. There are no less than 5 other mountains inbetween! The location is on the northern end of Bend, and it's easy to get to all the attractions Bend has to offer. The management company (Meredith) was very responsive to our issue with the 2 tvs and quickly fixed the problems (thank you Beth & Will!). Overall, it's a great house for a family or group of 4. It has an attached garage which was a nice bonus. However, the house is 2 1/2 levels, with the main living area on the upper floor. This can be a problem for anyone with mobility issues since you have to climb MANY stairs.

Summary: The check-in and check-out instructions could have been more clear (e.g. instructions for entering the key code did not mention that you had to press another button after entering the numerical code, didn't know to take out trash etc before leaving, until we began the electronic check-out process). The Google smart devices were a little challenging (e.g. changing channels on the upstairs TV was not straightforward). Otherwise, the home has all the amenities you would want, was clean, and had a nice view.

Summary: This house was in a great location, layout was great and size. However, three of the 4 beds were extremely soft, definitely not good for anyone who needs back support. There was a cigarette butt in the garage upon arrival. Needed more instructions like how to lock front door when leaving. If you plan to cook a lot at the house like we did then there could have been more utensils/bowls. Otherwise it was great having the whole garage, laundry and a second fridge downstairs.

Summary: Great property with everything we needed. Well located near necessities shopping [Trader Joes, etc] & restaurants. 10 minutes from downtown Bend. House has lots of room with a great kitchen with outdoor grill. All beds were very comfortable especially the adjustable master bdrm. Great washer/dryer which came in handy. our dog Finn loved the fenced in backyard which had plenty of room for him to exercise. Best of all, a great view of the mountains out the front porch, makes for nice sunsets everyday.

Summary: The house was spacious and the backyard was great for our dog! Some of the bedding was stained and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we were pleased with our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, etc.

Summary: We as a family of four had a great stay at this home. We had a three year old and an infant with us and the bedroom accommodations were very convenient. I really liked how the master bedroom was on the second floor next to the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There was a TV on the main floor and on the second floor. Very spacious home and plenty of room in the backyard to play and bbq etc. We highly recommend this home for your stay.
