Positive: We loved the history and unique charm of the hotel, lovingly restored by owners Ralph and his wife. Ralph was very hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast was a bonus and to hear about the history of the hotel. Would highly recommend to travellers who might otherwise drive through and miss out on an authentic experience.

Positive: We stayed 2 nights. Amazing hospitality from Ralph, very warm and comfortable room with good amenities. Continental buffet breakfast was diverse, fresh and delicious. The crockery was impressive too! We felt very well looked after and were so happy to return to Hunters at the end of the day. This place is a Queenstown gem, highly recommended!

Positive: Location was convenient, right in the middle of Queenstown. Ralph, the host, was very accommodating and provided good old fashioned service. Buffet breakfast was very nice and the hotel has lots of history and character. Highly recommend.
