Note: The garden is enclosed from the road however as the property is part of a larger separate house, the gardens wrap-around both Huntingstile South and the neighbouring property, so guests will need to please be careful yo use their side of the gardens only. Note: There is a stream that runs directly through the property and some low walls with sheer drops, please do not leave children or pets unattended. Note: There are some stone steps and bridges outside that become slippery when wet, please take care.
