Positive: Really lovely place. Great location, nice and quiet, well appointed, plenty of space, comfy beds and lovely kitchen. Close to village centre and the 2 great pubs, fish n chips and shops.
Negative: Nothing that would prevent us going back. But a couple of suggestions.... The settees were too soft to be comfortable for very long, we seemed to sink almost to the floor and had to put cushions under our bums to lift us up (The armchair and rocking chair were great btw). The TV reception was poor much of the time, even on bbc and itv, but may just have been the stormy weather we had. Netflix and iplayer were fine and the smart tv could be cast to from our phone. However some sort of Internet based Freeview or Sky would be useful.

Positive: Very clean, well equipped, super towels, very comfortable generally. Nice garden, large spacious rooms, parking, walking distance to the village, and quiet at night. Very comfy beds, good quality duvets upstairs. Lots of toilet rolls and three toilets.
Negative: Position of fridge quite inconvenient, and it was small for six people fir a week where the supermarkets are a distance away. A couple of minor issues with the showers. Duvets in the twin room not so comfortable, they were stiff and fell off you in the night. Could be upgraded to match the ones upstairs. We felt it was unreasonable to require full payment a year in advance and totally unrefundable, when life does necessitate changes sometimes.
Summary: A really comfortable house in a great location for us, would definitely return again!
