Positive: Value for money for the size of the lodge complete with jacuzzi bath tub!

Negative: We had concerns due to the reviews but on arrival we found these concerns were completely unfounded. The hotel facilities were closed due to ongoing renovation but we knew this before arrival and the price reflected this.

Positive: Jasmin was the only peson on site & at reception. She was very helpful although only just started working here recently. The room rooms were clean. 2 of the 3 nights (due to furbishment works a generator was switched on next door till 1am in the morning & was unable to sleep). Cold water tap did not work for the bath & infestation/ insects in the other shower room. No manager on site to discuss with (Toni, You should have least be approachable). The only person on site was new and had no idea how to help or resolve the issues at hand. The accommodation was perfect but the issues we faced were not resolved.

Positive: The property was very nice each bedroom had its own bathroom. My children really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath.

Negative: There was a significant lack of cooking equipment which made a self catering holiday very hard. Also the plug from the kitchen sink was missing. Every time I went to reception to ask for a plug and enquire about the sauna in our lodge the door was locked and there was no one available.
