Positive: The view was spectacular. The room was basic but fine. The location can't be beaten.

Negative: The rooms are old and the water pump makes a noise when it kicks off. The room service left their vacuum cleaner in the room. The fireplace didn't generate any heat. Minor points - the view is what matters.

Summary: Excellent views and a very nice hotel with good features and an excellent restaurant (Pacific Edge).

Positive: The view is beautiful. The gym is nice. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable.

Negative: The staff was not very helpful. Lots of talking and little help. There is not too much to do at the hotel or nearby in the evening. Lots and lots of stairs to the room. They offered help with the luggage but we arrived in the evening and they claimed they were very busy so we had to manage all the stairs ourselves. The room was very expensive for the value. (~800$ per night )

Positive: Cleanliness, total customer service, view and restaurant !!! The quality of service they provide is very professional.

Negative: Jacuzzi, pool and the breakfast which is out from the menu.

Positive: the view was very nice! We can see the ocean without any trouble. The electric fireplace was also very nice.

Negative: the noise from highway 1 was too loud. the bathroom was small and no tub. no bottled water in the room.
