Summary: Room was clean, staff were nice, recently renovated, bed isn't comfortable but it isn't the worse either. Super close to the outlet mall. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Summary: I booked this hotel for a stay-cation for my husband and I. The staff was great and the property is nice. We checked-in about 3 hours after the check-in time and our room was not cleaned properly. There was debris under the ice bucket, coffee grinds left on the disposal lids, and an open disposal coffee cup was left with the unopened coffee cup. I also discovered a clump of black hair left in the shower as well, which prompted the desire to request a new room. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. The front desk attendant apologized and sent housekeeping to clean the shower and comped our parking. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was nice.

Summary: The room was comfy and clean. Pillows were horrible. They went flat as soon as you laid down. The parking garage is way too small and it was a challenge to find a place to park. The staff lovely and kind.
