Positive: * The restaurant staff were excellent—very welcoming and attentive. * The breakfast focuses on quality over quantity, with freshly squeezed orange juice. * The bed was comfortable. * The location on the island is peaceful, and the hotel is right in front of the vaporetto stop.

Negative: * The hotel’s “gastronomic” restaurant was only open one evening during our entire stay and then closed until September. * The spa was closed during our stay. * The room service staff made me wait 45 minutes for a pre-ordered meal, only to tell me it was no longer available, with no vegetable alternative offered—not even something simple like bread and cheese! They ended up offering me a tiramisu as my “dinner.” * The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were faulty. * The iron was broken; water leaked onto the cable and caused a power outage in the room. * Check-out took more than 45 minutes for just three rooms. (Apparently he was new , but Even New joiners have supervisors)

Positive: We have stayed here on a few previous occasions and prefer its quiet atmosphere in the evenings compared to the main island of Venice. The location is right by a vaporetto stop and the hotel restaurant is quite good, with several other places to eat nearby.

Negative: There is a septic smell in the 2nd floor hallway, which we have noticed in other European cities. Fortunately, it doesn’t permeate the rooms. The only real disappointment is that there is now a charge for transportation to/from airport. Had we known no differently, we wouldn’t have been disappointed, but since we last visited, this was a change along with a substantial increase in room rate.

Positive: Super comfortable bed, nice hot shower, beautiful room design, friendly staffs. Super friendly staff(didn't get her name, middle age lady with short hair) at the breakfast buffet! She made our stay even better. It was a nice decision to book the hotel in Murano instead of venezia main land. The boats come and go very often.

Negative: The shower head had leakage so we told front office staff, didn't get fixed.
