Summary: Great location & ferry service right out the front. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice & the staff were so helpful. The room was perfect, great shower&comfortable bed.

Summary: Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect.

Summary: Our room's shower drain did not work, so we had flooding in the bathroom. We wiped this up ourselves and reported the problem to the front desk. It was not corrected that day, so the next day we had the same outcome. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable, so we asked at the front desk how we could adjust that in our room. The answer was that there was no adjustment and we could also not turn on AC, due to government restrictions on its use. The hotel employee's tone was demeaning and defensive. It made me feel bad that I even asked about this. The whole experience was so poor relative to other hotels we stayed at in Italy.
