Summary: Great location on Murano...there's a vaporetto station right in front. The breakfast buffet (28 euros if it isn't part of your room rate) is massive. We had a quirky room where the slanted ceiling made it difficult for one person to get out of bed, but otherwise it was fine. My only complaint: they have a fruit-infused container of water just off the lobby. It was frequently empty, with stacks of used glasses and no clean ones. That needs to be monitored and refreshed more frequently. Staff was marvelous. They supplied whatever we asked for and helped arrange a water taxi to the airport. They have a water taxi to the airport (22 euros, I think), but it doesn't start until 8:30am; if your flight is before 11am, you likely will need the public water taxi or a private one. Allow plenty of time; Marco Polo can be a zoo, with some long walks to gates.

Summary: The room was lovely, but it was a two-story set up, with the bed in the upstairs alcove. As the bathroom was below, this may not be the best arrangement for older guests. The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very quiet at night. Excellent if you are looking to have an island of tranquility away from the hustle of Venice. Staff was multilingual and quite helpful. I left my luggage at the hotel—I arrived early—and when I returned the room was ready and my bags had been placed in the room already. Wonderful service and worthy of return visits.

Summary: The overall establishment was well cleaned, staffed, and equipped with the necessary amenities. The location is very good with a water taxi boarding site located directly in front of the hotel. My recommendation would be to be prepared for poor AC. The hotel staff may be able to provide a fan however. It was explained to me by the staff that property's staff that the AC is a unilateral AC unit which provides the same output to all rooms.

Summary: The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out

Summary: The property was great, staff were very accommodating and overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was fresh every morning. The hotel sits up hill from the town centre but is an easy walk and a walkable distance to everything you’d need!
