Summary: Just a few details would have made our stay better: 1. No top sheet on the bed. When did this become a thing? You get a choice of quilt on or quilt off. There is no middle ground where you can get a choice of just a sheet on instead. 2. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Half the population is female and need a well lit make-up mirror. Should be included in hotel design. 3. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Summary: This is a lovely hotel however overall standards have dropped. The hotel looks a little tired and the overall service from all areas has certainly was below average. Overall disappointed with our stay.

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was larger than it appeared in the photos, and very quiet. We loved the architecture of the building, the professional and attentive staff, and the proximity to the lake and gardens. We look forward to staying here again.
