Summary: This property is fine. Its not terrible and its not great. We had 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They only gave us 3 towels for a room that easily sleeps at least 4. We had a kitchen with only 2 of everything. 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 cups. No dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher detergent, no kitchen towels, no oven mitts, no washcloths. The breakfast was mediocre. Sausage that was clearly pork was labeled as turkey, or the 2 kinds we're in the same container. 3 TVs, 2 remotes, and only 1 worked. No extra blanket or pillow anywhere. Dishes in cabinet were greasy, but we had to buy our own dish soap. Conditioner bottles had shampoo. So did the shampoo. No ice machines. None of it was a huge problem, but communication would have alleviate all our troubles. We could have planned for it all. All the issues together were a problem.

Summary: The room had a lot of space but everything (carpets, kitchen, etc) was really outdated and not very clean. No microwave in room as advertised. The pool was nice and breakfast was ok. The service was poor specially for towels.

Summary: The room was good but their was a smell of weed in our room. Which i went to the front office and they provide me with a deodorizer for the room. It always smelled like wet or moisture in the room. We got the hotel because of the swimming pool and it was always closed. We didnt enjoy as much. But the good thing was that it had a good accommodation for the room such as a kitchen and 3 beds. The pull out bed was very hard that we had to get additional covers to make it simi comfortable. Pool was closed because of chemical unbalanced and other guest complaint as well. Laundry was always occupied they need to be more intop of the occupants to remove the clothes on time.

Summary: Got to hotel and they said my appointment was canceled. Hotel said hotels.com credit card was declined. So I had to screw around for a hour talking to an unqualified front desk and hotels.com to get it fixed. Oh! Same thing happened to my friends. Don’t use hotels.com. They took my money asap but didn’t pay the hotel asap

Summary: Very nice hotel front desk person.. The room was too small for my mobility scooter. Tiny bedroom gave no access to the bathroom in the scooter. Simply putting in handrails fires not make it accessible. Toilet was standard, too low and small for a handicapped person. Only one towel in the bathroom so had to get some from front desk. The place smelled, the carpet was wet. The easy chair had big stains on it. Fold out couch was dirty when need was pulled out. Had to ask for sheets, pillows and blankets. I get the feeling there may be a lot of theft. This room was ok only for sleeping on the queen bed. I'm sorry to say i would not stay again.

Summary: The carpet was disgusting.. My twins feet were filthy and after the first night they were socks the whole time wile we were in the room. I had to throw socks away . The Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Summary: Room was spacious and comfortable . Carpet was outdated and one of the closests was being remodeled . Rooms did not have curtains to block sunlight or any light at night which made it difficult to sleep in . Asked for extra towels and everytime was stated there was none .

Summary: Shower door was broken and never fixed it, there was a used condom on the ground for the entire week (staff passed it daily and left it on the ground), staff was alright but not worth catching an STD to stay here

Summary: The housekeeping staff didn’t speak english, so there was miscommunication, when we asked for bedding for the foldout bed. The foldout bed was very uncomfortable.
