Summary: Common seating areas were extremely dirty around the lobby and restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean as expected. Customer service at the front desk was not very good.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, excellent service, my kids has their own room and they loved it, they also had YouTube on their tv, which was great. Very close to the airport but quite far from main paris.

Summary: Disappointing Experience. For such a big name hotel brand, my stay at this hotel was nothing but disappointing. The service was nonexistent. They didn’t even provide water bottles in the room. Receptionist couldn’t care less. The room itself was in rough shape. The rug was worn down, had some questionable stains, and there was an unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time. I’ve had far better stays at small, boutique hotels that actually care about their guests. This just didn’t live up to the brand’s reputation.

Summary: great for a one-night stay before heading to an early flight at CDG the next morning. The lobby space is great, the dining was fine, and there is a small pool inside. The rooms are fine for what's needed, but they could use a little refresh, and the addition of lotion in the rooms would be great. Love that it's close to Aeroville mall (about 26 euros roundtrip) where you can go for a meal, shopping and groceries you can take back and prep in the room's kitchenette.

Summary: First, I was unimpressed that you have to pay for the shuttle to/from the airport. In my experience, shuttles to the airport are free. Moreover, the price is 5 euro per person (it's not a fee per room), that adds quite a bit to the cost of staying at the hotel for a family of 4. Second, we specifically booked this hotel in order to enjoy a swim in the pool before flying out the next day but the pool was closed because of a problem with chlorine levels. They didn't offer any compensation for this disappointing lack of amenity. The food was very good at the restaurant (though it was a very limited menu on Sunday evening) and the beds were comfortable.
