Summary: Staff was very friendly ! Our chef was accommodating to our dietary needs. Overall good location and hotel was clean. Shuttle to beach was also a good thing.

Summary: Beautiful hotel! Staff was very nice. Loved that they offered complimentary shuttle service to Escambron beach & Old San Juan. Longhorn & Olive Garden are within walking distance.

Summary: We arrived an hour after check-in time but was told by staff that housekeeping had backed up with rooms to clean. We were told it would take 40 minutes but it turned into an hour wait. Luckily there was a bar and pool table in the lobby that occupied us and our kids. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating. After the housekeeping issue, it was all good from there. My kids loved the room we stayed in. Wish we stayed more days in there so we could have used the kitchen. The pool area was small but wasn't crowded. The hotel provided a shuttle that drove to Escambron Beach, Old San Juan and Distrito T-Mobile area. That was a plus so we didn't have to take the car out since there was an $18 parking fee. Would recommend and stay here again for the next time we come back to PR.

Summary: We arrived after 5pm and still had to wait for the room to be ready. I had read that other guests had used to kids pool area across the street at hyatt place when staying at hyatt house. When I arrived at check in I was informed that although it is another hyatt property and directly across the street, you could not use the kids pool there. Very disappointing for my son.
