Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Resort & Casino for 6 nights. We have amazing memories from our time there! The room was fairly spacious, view was good of the bay. Room was quiet at night. Pillows were not comfortable but that could just be a preference thing. Pool area was wonderful!!! Christian and Marbin were our bartenders and they were fabulous! By day two they knew who we were and would have our drinks waiting for us by the time we got up to the bar area! Plenty of shade and sun areas on the pool level. Concierge was very helpful when we needed them. We loved the free shuttle to Old San Juan and used that service occasionally. We used the Coffee shop a few times and the options were good. We didn’t like Choices restaurant. The food was over priced for the breakfast we got. My eggs were rubber, I asked for over medium eggs. I couldn’t even cut them! Our event was held on the second floor and we used many of the rooms there, it was beautiful and the food was amazing every day for our event. Staff at the entire resort was the best we have seen while traveling! If we ever get back to PR we will stay here again.

Summary: Room 1212 on the 12th floor was way too noisy (machinery, construction), we asked to be moved to another room and the hotel quickly accommodated us (to room 638 on the 6th floor). Good!
