Summary: This was our 1st time staying at Hyatt in Owings Mills and will continue each time we come home to visit. We were so comfortable all around. Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the size of the room with a livingroom too. All staff we encountered were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Checkin was fine, room was pretty clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space. But, they advertise having a bar, its NOT a bar. Same for the restaurant, no such thing, they could make me fries and wings, or I could purchase pre-made sandwiches from the counter display case. Free breakfast was not good.
