Summary: We stay at the Hyatt Place in Medford 1-2x a year visiting family in the area. It is in a great spot with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but never heard any noise. The doors slam loudly so you can hear others coming & going, but it isn't too bad. Ramona in the cafe is a welcome sight every year. She is the kindest person and helps any day start off on the right foot. We'll be back soon!

Summary: A couple of stains on the bedding. Ac unit is so loud. The hotel is closed to Highway. If you need a quiet place to sleep, think it about again.

Summary: Currently going under some renovation. Very standard Hyatt experience. Room was clean and very large, unnecessarily large. Noise from outside was a bit much at night. Hot water took a very long time in the shower to get hot. Breakfast was standard and otherwise nothing fancy to note.

Summary: The only good thing about this hotel was Romona (the breakfast lady) who was absolutely spectacular, but the rest of the hotel was so bad. I booked a king room a month ago, and I even called the day before to make sure they don't give my room away, but when I arrived they said they gave away all the king rooms. They said they had to put me in a double. I asked if they could reimburse me and they said "there was nothing they could do". I asked why they gave my room away and they said the computer system lets people book more king rooms than they actually have (which makes no sense). They were not apologetic or understanding at all. I'm not sure if they were lying or incompetent but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I'll never go back. They are also renovating which means everything is smelly and in disarray. The water was turned off, and I only found out the morning of when they put a notice in the elevator. I wish they would have notified me the day before since I would have showered at night. So if you have no sense of smell, or sight, and you don't mind water being off, and you are OK with a rude and incompetent check in desk then this is the hotel for you.

Summary: The breakfast was ok. The usual complimentary breakfast. The lady (Ramona) tending to the breakfast made my morning every morning. She was so kind. Always has a smile on her face. Made sure I had everything I needed. The staff on the front desk ( Their names escape me) were all very helpful with the exception of one young lady whom i didnt find friendly at all and always seemed like you were an inconvenience if you had a question. I do however wish I would have known that the hotel was under construction before I booked my stay. There was no hot water in my room on 2 of my 5 mornings. Two of the days they had to shut the water off all together.
