Summary: Great Hotel to stay at if you are going to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Clean and Comfy Beds.... Pool, Hot Tub and Easy access to Shops and Food!

Summary: One of the best hotel experiences in a number of years and I stay in a hotel almost every week. The hotel has everything you need from services to location to outstanding staff from front desk to those cleaning the rooms.

Summary: Lovely and convenient location but extremely loud street noise with cars racing loud engines until at least midnight on a Thursday night. Windows not helping to shelter from street noise. Staff was friendly and breakfast was typical fare for hotels. The room also had a loud air handler in the bedroom which added to the noise discomfort. We were on the street side. I’m sure noise was lower on the other side. Just a bad location for noise.

Summary: The moment i gave my name at the desk, the clerk proceeded to tell me that "Expedia never sent "a card" confirming my reservation, and that i would need to call and "straighten it out", before we could check in. I had no idea what she was talking about, and instead of saying she would get someone to try to straighten out the mix up. She was trying to put me to work. A manager came over and got it resolved and we were able to check in. Needless to say it shifted the vibe of the evening. Not pleased.

Summary: Excellent service, beautiful room, and wonderful breakfast. Overall, very clean and comfortable, but a few surfaces needed to be wiped down, and the shower gel and shampoo were empty and almost empty.

Summary: Everything was great about this stay until I got back home and check the pending charges that went through from the bar. I went three times, and each time received a hidden fee of $3.50-5.00. I assume this is the two front desk ladies that were working the night of June 18th-June 19th. Tried to call on and management won't be in for another 2 days. $25.22 Margarita and a Cosmo premix $25.84 Mai Tai & a double shot of Crown $14.01 double shot of crown. Each time I made a purchase I was told my total was $21, $22 something & 11 dollars respectively. Either your employee is completely clueless, or they are robbing your guests.
