Summary: This is a wonderful facility, very clean. And Kristin at the front desk could not have been any more hospitable! I have stayed in Columbus a few times over the past few years, and I will no longer stay any place else except this Hyatt.

Summary: Everyone was respectful, friendly and efficient. Ava at check in was a gem and Kia in the evening at the lounge made sure we were well taken care of. Room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Summary: Bed was very comfortable. Liked the lobby bar. They only thing we didn't like was in the room drinking glasses and coffee mug were glass and not disposable.

Summary: Thrilled with the value of this stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. We did however, have some black staining at the top of the walls in our room and a strong mildew smell in the shower.
