Negative: Rug was not properly vacuumed and I stepped on children's cereal, barefoot Advertised free breakfast on website but it came out of the incidentals, we were only told no free breakfast when we arrived, not a game changer though

Positive: Location is super, staff very friendly, room is spacious; front desk especially helpful; As with most of Dewey the ocean is such a short walk but we enjoyed nighttime on the Bay
Negative: No bathtub as shown in the pics, shower only (we didn’t push to swap); Bed was okay but not great, but the room did have a lot of space. Breakfast selection was limited for one of us had an allergy that was in each day’s fruit salad, but the rest of the family enjoyed breakfast.

Positive: It was a perfect stay for us and our dog. Easy access to both bay and ocean, generous-size king room. Great staff, nice breakfast, coffee always available, indoor parking, secure facility.
Negative: Not a complaint, but we thought it has an outdoor pool, while it was the adjoining hotel that had one. My bad.

Positive: The room and location are always excellent to fit the needs of our family. The staff are always kind and accommodating. We have stayed at this location multiple times. We love the quick access to the beach. All the restaurants within walking distance make things very convenient as well.
Negative: They no longer offer free breakfast. The amount of money we paid should definitely cover that. Parking is difficult.
