Negative: Parking at hotel $90 a day. Front desk guy recommended parking garage across the street for $20 a day. Hotel entrance on a one way street, if you come down the wrong street you to drive around a couple blocks to get back. Confusing and busy traffic.

Positive: The location was great! It is walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. Overall, I really valued the cleanliness of the room and the updated facilities. Will definitely stay again on my return!
Negative: I did see a small, light red spot on my bedsheet. It would have been good to ensure that all sheets are spotless.

Negative: They now charge extra for breakfast, supposedly upgraded but actually the same or a bit worse than the formerly free version. Since a convenient breakfast matters to us, we were very disappointed at the change. Lack of shelf space in the rooms is a minor issue.

Positive: I like that the staff was kind and put us in a room with a nice view which is what we asked for and also accomodated us in a room with a bathtub which was very nice
Negative: The toilet paper was not a brand new one upon arrival. Phones did not work and I wish there were extra pillows and blankets but the room did not have it.
