Positive: The location was perfect- right on the edge of Chinatown for great food & in financial district so safe & quiet location in the city. The room was spacious & clean. Great room service in the morning for breakfast but what really made the stay welcoming was the doormen & front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly & helpful every time 😊
