Summary: The hotel lobby is amazing, bright and friendly. Starbucks is in the hotel as well. That's where it kind of ends. Iced machine was broken on our floor. The Hotel room was full of mold in the bathroom, Peeling wallpaper and blood on the wall near the toilet paper holder. The Remote had disgusting white stuff on it that had to be cleaned off. The Fitness room was ok. I don't know if it is other people or cleanliness but so much dirt on the treadmill and not cleaned off. Didn't use the pool so cannot comment on that Can use Valet but parking across the street was half the price! For a $250 stay was kind of disappointed.

Summary: We all loved staying at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Buffalo. The rooms were nice and comfy, and the area was beautiful. I had the opportunity to introduce my daughter to family she had never met, and she had a great time visiting and touring Niagara Falls!

Summary: The AC was not working in the hotel. When we checked in no one told us that. You would think they would let us know that up front in the heat of the summer. Also bed sheets had stains on them. Also they have a Starbucks in the lobby but was not open. The ice machines were not working either. They provided no fans or water or anything with the AC out.

Summary: Even though I called and was getting charged, my reservation had been cancelled. I had asked for connecting rooms, I couldn’t get that but said I could have same floor. They tried to put us on separate floors. Did not get cleaning service the first day. A/C wasn’t that great. Definitely needs to be cleaned and updated.

Summary: We were excited to stay at the Hyatt, but this property was a let down. The reservation was for two adults and a child, but they gave us only one bed. They switched us to a double room. The room itself looked like it had seen better days. The floor was wet and seemed moldy in the carpet. We don’t feel well after sleeping in the room.

Summary: They forgot to add that there was free parking after 5pm all surrounding the hotel and had me park in the garage for $30. Then also wanted to hold $100 a night on my debit card for incidentals. Also they have a guy using the leaf blower at 6am every morning. It sounded like he was in my room with me. I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Summary: Limited parking space onsite. Lifts dont work. Staff is of no help. Even with prepaid rooms via third party website, staff said that we cannot guarantee same room type and downgraded from double bed to single bed.
