Summary: Me and my wife stood for a little getaway and celebration of our anniversary. This hotel and staff is wonderful great attitude cleanliness was beautiful. Food was great. We had sushi from one restaurant for dinner and then the next morning we had a breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. The food was delicious. Hotel was very clean and staff was great thank you.Hyatt

Summary: We stayed there 7 nights end of July, and had a fantastic room with a great view of Lake Michigan and the Riverwalk at 30th floor. Great stay at a perfect location in Chicago. We could even watch the "twice a week" Navy Pier firework directly from our room. Highly recommend the hotel.

Summary: Rooms did not have any glassware, “cleaning” must not include toilets, very limited options for dining, especially when there are thousands of people attending conferences. I gave it three starts because it is a great location.

Summary: Second time at this hotel. Would definitely be a returning guest. Everything was comfortable and clean. No pretensions. Easy layout. Excellent service.
