Summary: The room was lovely, spacious, clean. Well stocked each day. The staff helpful and friendly The food ( breakfast) there was a great variety and they served us tea/coffee by coming to table. Would recommend.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. The location is incredible—stunning views of the Love Lock Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral, especially at night. It’s within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the Christmas markets, which made exploring so convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food options were excellent, and the spa massages were fantastic. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and high quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Room was a good size and very comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast as 40 Euro per person was quite expensive. The location was great.

Summary: Clean room, clean hotel. Concierge and staff not up to par. They told us every night that hotel restaurants are full but we managed to get spaces ourselves and with the help of the manager. In the end both nights the restaurants were half full - the concierge did not even bother to check. Both restaurants and staff were great.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with great amenities in a lovely location overlooking the river and the cathedral. Rooms were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with plenty of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Summary: Within walking distance of the Christmas Market at the Cathedral. We did not partake in breakfast so cannot rate that. Very clean and comfortable hotel.
