Summary: Charming and comfortable apartment . The only negative comment I have to make would be the very loud road construction happening on the corner . Luckily, I was in Koln for work and was up early although a relaxing morning wake up is always preferred to a jack hammer. Plus the street crew works on Saturday. C'est la vie

Summary: Great apartment centrally located near train transportation to everywhere on a very quiet side street. Southern exposure provides incredible light all day long. Apartment is a studio yet provides a separate sleeping and living area with a large bathroom and functioning kitchenette. Excellent value !!

Summary: Very good apartment. Close to public transport so great base to explore Cologne. Small but has all needs. If I could add a suggestion a small microwave would be handy. But overall highly recomended.

Summary: My girlfriend and I stayed in Cologne for a week at Michael's property. It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed for our holiday. It was also close to many supermarkets and transport options and was fairly centrally located. Michael was a great host and made sure we had a nice time in this beautiful city.

Summary: Michael is a perfect host, there was everything at home, small things but very important when you arrive in a new place (ex. water, snack, hand soap, wc paper... ect). The apartment is clean perfect for 2 people (we were 3) but useful and really close to the down town. We never got metro, even if in 3 min you can reached it. Thanks Michael!

Summary: WE spent 3 days in Koln to start our Germany tour. It was a great place to get acclimated. Easy to find, but be prepared to scale a few steps as there is no elevator. The place was small but very neat and clean with everything we needed. Michael is a great host and very informative
