Summary: We stayed just one night when we were seeing a Yankees game in the Bronx (40-60 min away). Beautiful hotel with so many things to explore! We didn't have a chance to use the pool, gym, theater or restaurants but our room was very comfortable and clean. Just two minor issues: The bathroom floor was a little dirty and there were some spots on the bed sheets (housekeeping gave us clean sheets right away). Our hotel floor had signs for vending and ice but it only had ice but it did have a water fountain with a filtered water bottle filling station. We will definitely bookmark this hotel again for a future trip to NYC!

Summary: It’s absolutely shameful that every time I visit this property the parking goes up another $5.00 - now a ridiculous $26/night on property owned by the hotel.

Summary: Stayed three nights at Hyatt for a foundation board meeting. This was a first time visit as we lived in Rye, NY for 30 years and didn't need a hotel room. Breakfasts were very good. Room was quite large and comfortable. No complaints. Front desk efficient and courteous. Atrium area is spectacular.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. The property is beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Our room was quiet, well-appointed, and made for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our visit was the stunning atrium. It is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. Enjoying breakfast while seated in the atrium was a memorable experience and one of our favorite parts of the stay. Breakfast itself was outstanding. Rather than a typical buffet, meals were cooked to order from the menu, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was excellent, and a special thank-you to Carlos, our waiter one morning, who provided truly exceptional hospitality. He is the kind of employee any organization would be fortunate to have. Parking was easy and convenient, and while we did not take advantage of all the hotel’s amenities, it is clear the property offers plenty for guests to enjoy. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and professional. We have stayed in downtown Stamford on previous visits, but this location is now our preferred choice when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Summary: The Staff at the Hyatt in Old Greenwich is amazing!! They anticipated my every requirement and made sure I could get to every event on time. They made me feel at home.

Summary: The room was clean and very spacious. The lit wardrobe was nice and helpful. The courtyard view was nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I also liked the indoor pool and hot tub.
