Summary: Dirty , staff is kind & welcoming. Free parking & nice gym . No laundry . Is in a decent location. Every year the quality goes down .

Summary: Check in at 9pm, no one up front to help with bags. There was no available valet at that time. Parking was abundant and free luckily. Booked for just 1 night. Room was spacious but it had a weird smell, so did the bathroom. Bathroom was clean but it smelled so weird. When we were trying to sleep, the walls everywhere must be extremely thin because we could hear every door open and close on our floor. We couldn't sleep well because of that. There was a family close by and all we heard was their conversation all night. I literally had to take a unisom to go to bed, I did not bring any ear plugs. It was a horrible experience. It was just too noisy. Our flight the next day was early in the morning so needless to say we did not rest well. Will not be returning, unfortunate since the website and pictures online looked great and its right next to the airport. But for the price you pay I'd expect better.

Summary: We needed to do an overnight stay near JFK airport, and this is a convenient location for an above average chain. The demographics of Resorts World Casino and the hotel, were not a good fit. There is no cocktail lounge off the lobby, but you have to worm your way past the Gaming videos, to a circular bar far in the back—nearly a quarter mile from the lobby—terrible for the hotel.

Summary: What a terrific find! We were there for a horse race at the track near the hotel. Found out we could walk to the track from the hotel without even going outside!! The staff was the best! Very friendly and helpful about answering any questions! In the morning our coffer maker wasn't working and the hotel immediately sent up a brand new one! The bed was perfect and so was the shower!! Will be back for sure!
