Summary: The room is spacious and clean. But it looks dull… grayish white background/ wall paint that makes the occupant feeling sad, isolated and low in spirits. My cousins said that the breakfast is not appealing and dry. The staff is not welcoming, it’s like they were lwearing a compulsory smile to customers and inevitably can be felt by the customers.

Summary: Not a very hospitable or relaxing place. They'd rather hold on to an empty room than let you check in early. If you want to check in early, they want you to pay extra. WiFi? Pay extra. Parking? Pay extra. It felt like the Spirit Airlines of hotels. The actual staff were doing their best, but I guess management wants to nickel and dime customers. I'd rather pay more for the room and have everything be included.

Summary: The Hotel staff was pretty good. The Valet service upset.me greatly. I have a large truck, that is just about too high for the parking garage. I specifically requested that my truck stay parked out front, which was agrees to by the front desk, as well at the valet. I came out in the morning and my truck was nowhere to be found. Apparently, the decision was made to put my truck i. The garage, against my wishes, as well as what was agreed upon. When you are paying as much as i did for a room, as well as valet parking, it is highly upsetting to find that your wishes were disregarded. This incidents left me with a very bad taste for the hotel.
