Negative: Bed was full size, however I paid for queen size. Ice machines was out of order - very hot weather so this was an inconvenience.

Negative: The outdoor pool was supposed to be heated, but it was very cold. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t fully close. The restaurant was very fancy, so without room service we had to order delivery to get more kid friendly food.
Summary: Great place to sleep. Not great for families.

Positive: Breakfast was good, a few items on the menu were not available, turned out to be a general problem of these times. More choice of fresh stuff is always a bonus. In general a very good hotel to stay in Morristown, but....
Negative: .... quite pricey on a Sunday and Monday with no special event, fair or bank holiday on , that is from a for a European point of view, maybe the normal for business travel in the US
