Positive: The food was delicious both times my family and I sat down for a meal. The coffee shop couldn’t be more convenient and has a great selection of snacks and pastries for everyone, especially since we were headed to the niner game. Breakfast was splendid and we enjoyed having a close spot to rest at after the game.

Negative: I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking. It was a drag, I expected it to be included in the initial booking price or just a perk that you are offered in staying there.

Summary: Unequivocally the best time we have had. We can’t wait to stay with you again.

Positive: I love this hotel. We come every year for the last preseason Niners game and this hotel never disappoints. The hotel staff is always warm and inviting when we arrive, usually late at night on a friday, on a busy weekend. This year they added wristbands to wear after the game to identify we were guests of the hotel. GREAT TOUCH! I was worried because the parking filled up quickly the day of the game. I wish there were equal priority for hotel guests about the parking. But we still got a spot in the self parking lot out front.

Negative: Nothing really- the food at the peets down stairs is to be expected. We ordered two chocolate croissants that just held very little shape. A little oily, but good sustenance to fill up for coffee. The coffee was at such an extreme heat that it melted the straw I was trying to drink it with. I feel like that is a little unsafe.

Summary: It was great! We'll be back again next year :)
