Summary: This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean

Summary: We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. The staff is always there to assist, polite and always smiling and asking if we are satisfied. A very safe environment; our kids had twice a small accident and lifeguard and doctor were there in seconds to evaluate the situation and assist. Pricey but totally worth it and will definitely visit it again. The only thing I would recommend is to create a kids club to occupy little kids during the day. Highly recommended!
