Luxury modern villa of 4 rooms.Free internet included. A separate peace and isolation area with private pool in an area of 2.500 sq m makes it a unique choice for a memorable accommodation experience in Thessaloniki. VILLA situated on a plot of 2,500 sq.m. in the vicinity of Plagiari two kilometers from the center of Perea, where it has unique beach 6 km. ideal for swimming, with beach tavernas on the seafront as well as market, banks, cafes, bars, super market and other visitor needs. The distance from the center of Thessaloniki is approximately 20 km. (30 minutes), 10 km. (15 minutes) from the airport "Macedonia" of Thessaloniki, 15 km from MEDITERANIAN COSMOS (the largest commercial center of Greece, luna park for children and adults, 350 shops, as well as cafes, restaurants and cinema.) Finally is about 30 minutes from the first beaches of the first leg of a total area of 300 sq.m. on three levels and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi and a guest wc. 1 fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with six metres height glass partition with a unique view of the gulf of Thermaikos and the beautiful Thessaloniki.Also there is a 80 inch smart tv.
A special designed play room equipped with home cinema 9: 1 and tv 65 inch ultra HD.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a balcony which overlooks the sea and mountain. It has a LED tv 40 inch, air condition, fireplace, Armani make up furniture and huge closets.
The other rooms of the house each have their own unique style of decoration and also air conditions.
The surrounding area of 2,400 sq.m. They are overgrown with palm trees, conifers and ornamental plants that provide shade and oxygen throughout the year and complete privacy.
The pool is 60 sq.m. of which 30 square meters has a depth of 1.10 m to 2.50 m and is suitable for children. It has separate whirlpool.In the courtyard there is a bamboo lounge for 6 people and a very large dining table for 12 people.There is also an outdoor king size bedroom, with fridge, 42 inch tv, hifi system, a heater and a fun blower.
This area of peraia is the most beautiful of Thessaloniki, since there is complete access to the sea in 10 minutes with 6 km. beach which receives every year the blue flag approved by the European Union. The unique feature of the area are all kinds of fish restaurants by the sea with spectacular views of Thessaloniki especially at night. Also visitors can walk or ride a bike safely as most has turned into a pedestrian zone.
Another unique feature of our area is the immediate access to the shopping centers IKEA, MENDITERRANEAN COSMOS, APOLLONIA POLITIA a 20-minute drive allowing the visitor to do his shopping without gaining access to the city center if you wish not.
Within walking distance is the REGENCY CASINO OF THESSALONIKI.
Still there is the INTERBALKAN MEDICAL CENTER for visitors who have reason to visit.
Access to Halkidiki is easy from our region both in the first leg and the other two a and exit the ring is very easy and quick compared to other regions.

Summary: This is very definitely the best accommodation we’ve stayed in by far! Irene is the perfect hostess. The house is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, fresh clean sheets, fluffy soft towels, the amenities are brilliant, the gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The swimming pool is wonderful and clean with a fantastic outdoor area. Everything was just perfect!! Thank you for the most wonderful two week stay! If we pass through Thessaloniki, we will definitely be back!!

Summary: We've just returned from a really wonderful two weeks at Villa Plagiari. It's certainly one of the nicest villas we've stayed in and Irini was so lovely and helpful and even brought up fresh figs and a watermelon on our first day. The villa is very quiet and a short drive away from the nearest village, which has everything you need (supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy etc). We even found a basketball and football pitch in the village, which we made good use of. Local beaches are about 10 minutes away by car. The villa was spotlessly clean and just as good as the photos. Our bed was super comfortable and we had loads of space, particularly in the downstairs open plan living room / kitchen / dining room. The children's rooms were well equipped, although the 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed. The outside area was stunning, particularly at night. There was a day bed, with TV, radio, plenty of loungers, jacuzzi, dining area and lots of other seats. The loungers were really comfortable and the view out to sea was stunning. It was so quiet during the day and we only saw the occasional farmer on a tractor. The villa is in a great location for trips out to Halkidiki (which has lovely, albeit busier beaches) as well as to a local water park, Thessaloniki and local villages. We have all come back feeling rested and would love to stay in the villa again. Thanks Irini and Costa for helping make it such a fab break for us.

Summary: This villa was fantastic. Kostas and Irini were perfect hosts, welcoming us and making sure everything was ready for us and supplying us with some basic things to get us started. The villa itself is fantastic, great location (although hire car is mandatory for supermarket trips etc...) close to bars and restaurants, and taxis are very easy and cheap to find to travel to local places in case you want to drink. It has an excellent pool, great size and well kitted out! The pool area is beautiful (especially at night) and also boasts a great inflatable bed with TV, radio, fridge and outdoor plugs. It also has very nice loungers and sun umbrellas, as well as a very nice barbecue and outdoor dining area! Inside the villa, there is a great kitchen diner, a very nice lounge area and a downstairs cinema area with a pull out bed (taking the sleeping room technically up to 8). There is also a jacuzzi bath, and laundry machines. The bedrooms are very nicely sized and clean, and all are supplied with plentiful bedding and towels. I could not recommend this enough, we had an amazing time, and we all wish to thank Kostas and Irini for their hosting! We will be back!

Summary: A real dream villa, very very clean with a wonderful vieuw on the sea and the city. In the villa all you need and so beautiful all new. In the garden space green and the swimming pool with lots of comfortible chairs, a Tv and Hifi. You can walk to the Village and there you have choice 4 bakery, supermarket etc. At the sea a long walkingpromenade and lots of restaurants. And also important not so far from the high way so it is posible to visit all the so interessant history of Greece.
