Summary: Opulent hotel lobby and lobby area, very helpful staff. Long walk to my room. My only comment was how dark the bathroom lighting is especially around the sink area. But the manager brought a portable light, which was very nice of him. Excellent hotel. With a shopping mall across the street, with many restaurants.

Summary: The check in was slow because the front desk could not find my booking. They failed to provide useful information about local dinning in the neighborhood and recommendation on tourist attraction. Their insufficient service does not match a luxury hotel like theirs.

Summary: this is one of the newer hotels in Xi’an. Located in a desired area with convenient access to highway or the inner city. Hotel itself is in great condition with tasteful design. The staffs are extremely nice and polite. Especially Mr. Jerry Zheng who has been really helpful during our stay. The Grendale Plaza across the hotel has lots of dinning options as well as supermarkets. Highly recommended and will stay again.
