Negative: Room was cold. Cold floor and ventilation overnight. Lifeguards poor standard and only watching their personal phones. Food on poolside was cold and very overpriced. Reception staff upon checkout never asked about our stay ?

Positive: The hospitality was amazing. Hyatt made us feel at home. We enjoyed the food there, especially the breakfast spread was great. The property had beautiful scenic and well maintained locations. We had a great stay and wish to come back again.

Positive: Just amazing, we wished our whole trip was staying here. The resort is not new however it oozed charm and grace. Grounds are immaculately kept. Lighting of all areas understated and stunning. We were especially impressed with the universal effect of having all lighting by flaming torches and candles. Room comfortable, beds first rate. Food well prepared and served in an unrushed manner. A perfect place to relax and unwind

Positive: I was stayed there for 5 days. I was really impressed with restaurant staff. They are so kind and helpful. Breakfast menu was so various and delicious. Jogging track facilities was good. I almost use the gym everyday, propose the gym facilities need to re-new. Swimming pools huge enough. They also have photographer voucher that make us impressed.

Negative: I was a little bit disappointed in the last day of my stay, due to availability of the room. I need to extend my room after 5 days cause of the job, but offer different room due to my current room already booked by upcoming guest. They offer to move the room near the current room that exactly have same facilities. Usually in the same case on the other hotel, I can stay in my current room, and upcoming guest will be have the other one. I don't know how was the policy of the hotel, since as far I know that most of the hotel will implement 1st stay 1st served. I decide to move on other hotel for this case.

Positive: Beautiful pool and large area to walk/ exercise. Great breakfast Beautiful surroundings (feels like you are in the country not the city)

Negative: Very quiet in the evenings... restaurants quite empty despite many people staying. AC in one room was very hit and miss (other room was good) Should have paid extra for the modern rooms!
